Acharya Nagarjuna University Nagarjuna Nagar, is inviting online application for AP Physical Education Common Entrance Test 2018 for admission into U.G.D.P.Ed. (Two Years) & B.P.Ed. (Two years) courses in the University/Un-aided/Private Colleges of Education in Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2018-19. AP PECET 2018 eligibility criteria
Eligibility for B.P.Ed course– Candidates should have appeared third year degree examination or passed three years degree recognized by any university in A.P. or any other university recognized as equivalent thereto and should have completed 19 years of age as on 01.07.2018. However, the candidate has to submit the pass certificate at the time of counseling.
Eligibility for U.G.D.P.Ed course – Candidates should have appeared or passed Intermediate or equivalent course recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and should have completed 16 years of age on 01.07.2018. However, the candidate has to submit the pass certificate at the time of counseling.
How to apply for AP PECET 2018
Eligible candidates may submit their applications through online mode only at www.sche.ap.gov.in/pecet after paying the application registration fee of Rs. 650/- for SC/ST and Rs. 850/- for others through Online Payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit card and Net banking). After successful payment a Transaction Id will generate and displayed on the screen. Then proceed to fill the online application by clicking the button “Proceed to fill Online Application Form”.

- Commencement of Submission of Online application forms- 22-03-2018 (Thursday)
- Last date for submission of online applications without late fee- 21-04-2018 (Saturday)
- Last date for submission of online applications with late fee of Rs. 500/ + Registration fee- 28-04-2018 (Saturday)
- Correction of online application data already submitted by the candidate- 22-04-2018 to 28-04-2018
- Downloading of Hall-tickets from the website- 28-04-2018 (Saturday) onwards
- Date of AP PECET 2018 Examination- 04-05-2018 (Friday) onwards
- Declaration of Results- One week after last day of Physical Tests
AP PECET 2018 exam pattern
The common entrance test will be held in two parts i.e. a) Physical Efficiency Test and b) Skill Test in Game.
Physical Efficiency Test: Maximum 400 marks
For Men Candidates
• 100 meters run- 100 Marks
• Putting the shot (6 Kg)- 100 Marks
• 800 meters run- 100 Marks
• Long Jump / High Jump- 100 Marks
For Women Candidates
• 100 meters run- 100 Marks
• Putting the shot (4 Kg)- 100 Marks
• 400 meters run- 100 Marks
• Long Jump / High Jump- 100 Marks
Skill Test in Game: Maximum 100 Marks– The skills of the candidate shall be tested in any one of the following games opted by the candidate.
