LAS VEGAS — In the last few years, there has been a boom in the number of people applying for scholarships from L.A. County.
That means it’s now more difficult to get into a scholarship program that doesn’t offer a guaranteed place in the lottery.
The L.C. Scholarship Program has been around since the 1980s and was supposed to allow the county to attract more applicants from Southern California, but it hasn’t always been as popular as it has been in recent years.
The state is now offering scholarships to people with low incomes and to the highest income earners.
That includes the California Scholarship Program, which is one of the largest in the country, with more than $10 million awarded this year.
But there’s a big catch: It’s only offered to applicants who have been living in Los Angeles for five years.
But the L.D.A.’s lottery has also grown so large, the program’s website has become a place where people from all over the country can apply for scholarships.
