Delhi Polytechnic admission 2017- CET 2017 Delhi exam pattern, syllabus

CET 2017 Delhi exam is going to held on 27 and 28 May, 2017 for admission to engineering and non-engineering diploma programmes offered by the government and government aided polytechnic institutions of Delhi. CET 2017 Delhi exam pattern and syllabus

The test paper will contain 150 objective-type questions in all. Each question will be provided with four alternative answers marked (1), (2), (3) and (4). Of these, only one correct or more appropriate answer should be selected and marked. In Pharmacy, there will be total 210 questions, out of which the students have to attempt 150 questions by taking 60 questions either from Mathematics or from Biology. Each question shall carry four (04) marks. There will be negative marking for (IV) incorrect answers. One (01) mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. Total duration of the exam will be two hours and thirty minutes duration and will carry 600 marks.

Exam pattern for TEST- 1 – For All 10th based Engineering/Non engineering courses- Total number of the question will be 150 as per CBSE syllabus for class IX Exam held in 2016 and CBSE syllabus for class X exam held in 2017.

• Mathematics-(50 Questions),
• Physics (40 Questions),
• Chemistry (30 Questions),
• Biology (15 Questions)
• English (15 Questions)

Exam pattern for TEST- 2 – Modern office Practice English (12th based) – Total number of the question will be 150.

• Comprehension of English including Grammar (60 Questions) of class XII level
• Knowledge of Current Affairs (45 Questions)
• Logical & Analytical Ability (45 Questions)

Exam pattern for TEST- 3 – For Modern office Practice Hindi (12th based) Total number of the question will be 150.

• Comprehension of Hindi including Grammar (60 Questions) of class XII level
• Knowledge of Current Affairs (45 Questions)
• Logical & Analytical Ability (45 Questions)

Exam pattern for TEST- 4 – For Pharmacy (12th based) – Total number of the question will be 210, out of which only 150 has to be answered as per CBSE syllabus for class IX Exam held in 2016 and CBSE syllabus for class X exam held in 2016.

• Physics (45 Questions)
• Chemistry (45 Questions)
• Either Mathematics (60 Questions) or Biology (60 Questions)

Exam pattern for TEST- 5 -Total number of the question will be 150 as per CBSE syllabus for class IX Exam held in 2016 and CBSE syllabus for class X exam held in 2017.

• Physics (60 Questions),
• Chemistry (30 Questions)
• Mathematics (60 Questions)
