Madhya Pradesh PAHUNT 2018 online registration, important dates

Madhya Pradesh Ayush Department is going to conduct Madhya Pradesh Pre Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Naturopathy & Yoga Test 2018 for admission to undergraduate course in Government or private Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani Colleges and Private, Naturopathy & Yoga Colleges in the State of Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh PAHUNT 2018 eligibility criteria

To apply for admission in Madhya Pradesh Government (Autonomous) candidate must be a bonafide resident of Madhya Pradesh but not necessary for admission in Private Colleges.

Age limit– Maximum age of 25 years as on 31-12-2018, relaxed by a period of 5 (Five) years for reserved category candidates of MP.

Educational qualification– Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects separately with minimum 50% aggregate marks (40% aggregate marks for reserved category). For admission to BUMS course, only those candidates are eligible who have compulsorily passed Urdu subject in addition to the qualifying exam from Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh or Tenth Board or equivalent examination in Urdu recognized by Government of M.P./Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal.

How to apply for Madhya Pradesh PAHUNT 2018

Candidate shall have to register on MP online Portal or Kiosk by the payment of Rs.150/- (Rs. One Hundred Fifty Only) for that receipt will be given. (The separate fee for print out of the registration through KIOSK shall not be payable.). The registration number and the secret password will be given to each and every candidate after registration to complete the online application process.

Eligible candidates can apply online at https://peb.mponline.gov.in on or before the last date prescribed. Entrance test fee of Rs. 600 for unreserved categories (Rs. 300 for reserved categories) along with Rs. 70 as online portal fee can be paid online too.

Madhya Pradesh PAHUNT 2018 exam pattern

The Entrance Examination shall be conducted in ENGLISH AND HINDI languages. There shall be one paper (multiple choice) of three hours duration. Paper will contain 200 multiple choice questions in Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany. The paper shall have two parts as following.

• Physics (50 MCQs) + Chemistry (50 MCQs) – 100 marks
• Zoology (50 MCQs) + Botany (50 MCQs) – 100 marks

Madhya Pradesh PAHUNT 2018 Availability of Seats

• Autonomous Government Ayush Colleges- 60 seats
• Private Ayush Colleges- 236 seats
• Private Ayurvedic Colleges Management Quota (BAMS course) – 184 seats
• Private Ayush Colleges (Homeopathy Colleges) – 1654 seats
• Private Ayush Colleges (Unani Colleges) – 140 seats
• Private Ayush Colleges (Prakratik Evum Yoga Colleges)- 120 seats

30% seats are reserved for Female candidates in each category of SC/ST/OBC and UR. 20% Seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe, 16% seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and 14% seats are reserved for candidates belonging to other Backward Classes (other than creamy layer), and remaining seats are available for candidates belonging to Unreserved category in all the colleges. 6% seats are reserved for physically handicapped (bonafide residents of Madhya Pradesh) belonging to Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Other Backward Classes and Unreserved category. For son/daughter of Sainik Category / Military Personnel (S) belonging to Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Other Backward Classes and UR categories, 3% seats are reserved for admission to BAMS / BHMS / BUMS / BNYS courses.
