Kakatiya University, Warangal is going to conduct Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET 2019) in May 2019 for admission into 3 Year/ 5 Year LL.B course offered by Universities in Telangana State and their affiliated colleges for the academic year 2019-2020. TS LAWCET 2019 eligibility criteria
Age limit– For admission into the 3 year LL.B Course shall be 30 Years (35 years for SCs/STs and other Backward Communities) and for 5 year LL.B. course shall be 20 years (22 years for SCs/STs and other Backward Communities) as on date of issue of notification for entrance examination.
3 year LL.B Course: The Candidates for 3 year LL.B. should have passed any Graduate Degree (10+2+3 pattern) of a recognized University with 45% (39.5 % or above for SC/ST) of aggregate marks or any other examination recognized (10+2+3 pattern) as equivalent by the Universities concerned.
5 Year LL.B. Course: The Candidates for 5 year LL.B. should have passed two year Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with 45% (39.5 % or above for SC/ST) of aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University concerned or the Board of Intermediate Education, T.S and Bar Council of India.
How to apply for Telangana Law Common Entrance Test 2019
Eligible candidates can visit TSLAWCET 2019 website: http://lawcet.tsche.ac.in for online submission of application form on or before the last date specified in official notification.
Application fee of Rs. 250/-for SC / ST candidates and Rs. 350/- for others can be made paid at TS Online Centers/Citizen Service Centers, e-Seva Centers in Telangana state and also through online payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card).

• Last date for Submission of TSLAWCET 2019 Application without late fee- April, 2019
• Last date for Submission of Application with late fee- May, 2019
• TS LAWCET 2019 exam date- May, 2019
TS LAWCET 2019 Entrance Test scheme
The qualifying percentage of marks in the Entrance Test is 35% (i.e. 42 marks out of total 120 marks). There will be no minimum qualifying marks for SC & ST for ranking. The Test consists of three parts. Total number of questions will be 120 and the duration of test is 90 minutes. Maximum marks are 120.
Part – A: General Knowledge and Mental Ability- 30 questions of 30 Marks
Part – B: Current Affairs- 30 questions of 30 Marks
Part – C: Aptitude for the Study of Law- 60 questions of 60 Marks
For 5 year Law Course, the standard expected is of Intermediate level and for 3 year Law Course, the standard expected is of Degree Level.
